A healthy natural energy boosting chia pudding shot with hints of french toast flavors.

  • Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds
    1 cup almond milk
    2 tsp pure maple syrup
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp cinnamon
    handful of raisins for topping 

  • Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and keep in an airtight container over night.
    Serve pudding in a small glass as a "chia shot"
