Instructions: Steam the sweet potato until slightly under cooked. Drizzle with Suncoast Gold Macadamia Oil, season and bake at 150ºC/300ºF until soft.
Place Suncoast Gold Macadamias and rocket in a food processor and process until roughly chopped. Add sweet potato and Suncoast Gold Macadamia Milk and pulse on the processor until roughly processed. Season.
