Here's a very simple, three-ingredient granola recipe that's free of the top 8 allergens, including gluten.
Ingredients:2 lbs gluten free oats
1 cup olive oil
1 cup maple syrup
Instructions:Preheat oven to 300F.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Spread out evenly on a cookie tray (depending on size, you may need 2).
If desired, sprinkle on top with brown sugar or maple sugar.
Bake for 45-60 minutes to desired level of browning.
Special ingredients:no dried fruits, no fresh / raw fruits that don't get cooked by the end of the recipe, no fermented / pickled foods, no seeds, no beans / legumes / pulses, no dried / ground spices, no meat / poultry, no alcohol
