Dips are an easy way to add healthier options to your party menu, but you do have to be careful about the ingredients when you have food issues. This quick and easy dip covers the bases for many different types of custom eaters.

  • Ingredients:

    400g can of cannellini beans (or other white beans), drained and rinsed well

    ½ cup (100g) sundried tomatoes
    ½ cup fresh basil leaves (about 20 large leaves)
    1 tbsp (20ml) oil from the sundried tomatoes (or extra virgin olive oil)
    1 tbsp (20ml) water
    2 tbsp (40ml) lemon juice
  • Serves: Makes 1 and 1/2 cups
