Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Smoothie Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Smoothie Tumbling Gluten Free as a shamrock / sweet as whipped cream.

  • Ingredients: 1 frozen ripe banana
    1 unfrozen ripe banana
    1/2 cup organic soy milk
    1/2-2/3 cup organic frozen spinach
    pinch fennel seed
    1-2 tbs Garden of Life Raw Vanilla Protein Powder (or Olympia Pea Protein)
    2 tbs organic cocoa powder
    2 tbs organic PB (Maranatha celiac-safe and excellent)

  • Instructions: Add fennel and spinach to blender; 

    layer 1 tsp PB, protein powder, frozen and unfrozen bananas, and ice.

    Add soy milk (if it's difficult to blend, add a bit more, or water).

    Blend well. Blend and blend until utterly smooth.
