Pie Crust Martini

A nice fall/winter tipple, slightly sweet and reminiscent of pie (NOTE: must be of legal drinking age!)

  • Ingredients: 2 oz vodka
    1/4 oz gum syrup (gomme syrup - e.g., Small Hand Foods)
    Pinch of cinnamon
    Pinch of nutmeg (freshly grated preferred)
    10 drops of vanilla extract
  • Instructions: Add all ingredients to pint glass / shaker
    Add ice, stir 30-45 seconds
    Strain into a martini glass
    Garnish with a small slice of Bosc pear
  • Serves: 1
