Gluten Free Holiday Happy Hour

  • Ingredients: 1 oz (Gluten Free) rum 
    1 oz (Gluten Free) Cream Sherry
    1.5 oz (Gluten Free) Cognac
    2 oz cream or 1/2&1/2
    1/4 oz (Gluten Free) Vanilla Extract (to taste) 
    1 lg egg 
    Ice

    Garnish with:
    (Gluten Free) Whipped Cream
    dash of (Gluten Free) nutmeg 




  • Instructions: Beat egg

    In Shaker add egg, rum, cream sherry, cognac, cream, & vanilla... Shake vigorously... then add ice to chill...shake again... strain into glass..

    Top with Whipped Cream dash that with nutmeg...
