Ingredients: 1 banana 1/2 cup cherries, pits removed 1 cup almond or coconut milk dash of vanilla extract 1/4 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened) 1/2 cup ice (if desired)
Instructions:In a blender, combine ingredients. Blend for about 30-45 seconds or until completely smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy the fact that you have a tasty, healthy smoothie with no added sugar!
