If you love traditional banana bread, I think you'll love this smoothie. It's full of flavor with just a few ingredients!
Ingredients: 1/2 banana 6-10 walnuts 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon Dash of vanilla extract Dash of ground nutmeg 8 oz dairy-free milk of choice (I used almond) 1/2 cup ice (if desired) 1 Tbsp protein powder (if desired)
Instructions: In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth - about a minute. Pour into a glass and serve.
