If coffee doesn't agree with you, dandelion root makes a great alternative. This Iced Herbal Coffee is a great afternoon pick-me-up without the caffeine or acidity. It's also dairy-free!
Ingredients:4 oz hot water 1 Teeccino GF Mocha tea blend (*see note below) 1/4 cup coconut milk 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp raw honey Dash of cinnamon Ice
Instructions:In a large mug or sauce pan, combine water and tea and steep for about 10 minutes and cool. In a small bowl, whisk together milk, vanilla, honey and cinnamon until smooth. Fill a glass with ice. Pour into milk mixture and top with cooled tea. Stir if desired.
*Dandelion Root Tea is a strong blend that resembles coffee taste. You can easily find dandelion root tea to use in this recipe.
