Ingredients:
8 oz. unsweetened almond milk(you can also use coconut, rice, soy, cashew milk) 1/2 cup fresh raspberries 1/2 cup frozen cranberries 1/2 lemon, juiced 1/2 banana 1 T. chia seeds
Instructions: Add all ingredients into high powered blender and mix until smooth and frothy.
