A healthy, nutrient-dense smoothie filled with energy boosting ingredients.

1 T. MCT oil (saturated fat that enhances brain function, boosts energy, boosts metabolism, regulates blood sugar levels)
    1 t. maca powder*(adaptagen)
    ½ t. Mucuna Puriens powder*(brain function, antioxidants)
½ t. Shilajit powder* (brain function, energy, heart function, hormone balance/libido)
