Ingredients:1 c. canned full-fat coconut milk (make sure you mix the liquid and solid fat well before use)
1 serving chocolate protein powder- (I recommend either a organic/non-gmo vegan option or a grass-fed whey option)
1 T. MCT oil (saturated fat that enhances brain function, boosts energy, boosts metabolism, regulates blood sugar levels)
1 t. maca powder*(adaptagen)
½ t. Mucuna Puriens powder*(brain function, antioxidants)
½ t. Shilajit powder* (brain function, energy, heart function, hormone balance/libido)
1 T. chia seeds (protein, fiber, healthy omega’s)
1-2 T. almond butter (or any nut/seed butter you like)-optional
