  • Ingredients: (Can be made with Champagne or GF Beer)
    1 oz Rum
    3 oz Champagne or Gluten Free Lager
    1 oz Gluten Free Ginger Beer
    1 oz Pineapple Simple Syrup (in blender: add equal parts water and fresh pineapple...blend...strain...set aside...)
    1 Lemon
    Ice
    Garnish with Pineapple slice
  • Instructions: All ingredients in our recipes MUST use Gluten Free ingredients
    GF Pineapple Simple Syrup: (in blender: add equal parts water and fresh pineapple...blend...strain...set aside...)
    In Shaker:
