Try this Gluten Free decadent cocktail that will be perfect to enjoy on Valentine’s Day!

  • Ingredients: Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake
    1.5 oz GlutenFree Vodka
    1 tbsp GlutenFree Cream cheese
    1 tsp GlutenFree Powdered sugar
    2 dashes of GlutenFree Vanilla Extract
    1 tbsp GlutenFree Heavy Cream
    3 tbsp GlutenFree Chocolate syrup
    3 tbsp half & half
    GlutenFree Whipped cream
    GlutenFree Dark Chocolate chips
  • Instructions: Directions: (all ingredients listed must be GlutenFree)

    In Bowl, add 1/2 &1/2...whip until liquid froth...add chocolate syrup, stir until blended...

    In blender, add vodka, vanilla extract, heavy cream, cream cheese and powdered sugar... blend until smooth... add chocolate cream mix to blender... blend... pour into glass...chill in fridge... top with whipped cream, powdered sugar (*GlutenFree chocolate powder optional) and dark chocolate chips(5-8).

    For low fat version, add low sugar or sugar free versions of chocolate syrup, and chocolate chips...and low fat or fat free versions of cream, and cream cheese.
