Hot cocoa - one of the most painful casualties of my dairy-free war. This one is a rich, thick cocoa with a little bit of a bite thanks to the crystallized ginger - in the vein of Mexican hot cocoa. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
10 oz Vanilla Rice Dream Rice Milk
3 heaping tsp of pure cocoa powder
2 small cubes or 1 slice of crystallised ginger
2 whole cloves
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly.
