1/2 c. vanilla yogurt (plus 1 Tbsp. whipped yogurt for topping if desired)
1/2 c. SunButter
1/2 c. apple juice
1 Tbsp. caramel sauce (plus a bit more to drizzle on top if desired; we made our own from butter, brown sugar and a pinch of baking soda)
Instructions:Combine all ingredients in blender, mix until smooth. Pour into glass, top with whipped yogurt, diced apple, sunflower seed “sprinkles” and drizzle with a bit more caramel sauce.
