Better than Crocker Baking Mix Better than Crocker Baking Mix Go Dairy Free
Free of hydrogenated oils and using only pantry ingredients - this "just add water" mix is a shelf-stable blessing! It's free of dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy, and naturally vegan. Use your favorite gluten-free flour blend to make it gluten-free.

  • Ingredients:

    4 cups all-purpose flour (see post above for gluten-free option)
    ΒΌ cup dairy-free rice milk powder (I use Growing Naturals Rice Drink Powder)
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 cup non-hydrogenated shortening
