Gluten free pumpkin cranberry muffins

Quick, easy, and fun for the holidays

  • Ingredients:
    1 box Live Free vanilla cake mix from Aldi
    3 eggs
    1 cup fresh or frozen whole cranberries
    1 tablespoon eggnog
  • Instructions:
    Mix all ingredients together except the cranberries and mix well. Fold in the cranberries. Bake according to the instructions on the box. 

    I used muffin cups, which was good because this recipe is a little sticky!
