Being from the south, we love our cornbread! This cornbread is a little different than what we are used to though- it's made with our gluten-free cake mix, which makes it a little sweet and very delicious.
Ingredients:1 box Ardenne Farm Yellow Cake Mix
1 box gluten-free cornbread mix
3 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup of oil
Instructions:1. Preheat the oven to 350°. Spray a 10" cake pan with a nonstick spray.
2. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until there are no lumps.
3. Pour the batter into the cake pan.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until it comes out clean.
