Zemas Gluten-Free Raspberry Waffles

Healthy living tastes delicious with Zemas Raspberry Waffles starting your day.

  • Ingredients:
    Zemas Gluten-Free Multigrain Pancake & Waffle mix
    ¼ c. pure maple syrup
    1 egg (egg replacer)
    1 ¾ c. milk of choice (almond, rice, coconut, dairy)
    1 T. oil of choice (grapeseed, coconut)
    2 oz. freeze dried raspberries
    Fresh Raspberries (optional)
  • Instructions:
    Preheat waffle maker to medium and spray with non-stick.
    Grind freeze-dried raspberries in a coffee grinder (or food processor).
    In a mixing bowl, combine with Zemas mix.
    In another bowl combine all liquid ingredients.
    Add dry mixture to the liquid, whisk to combine.
    Ladle ¼ c. batter into waffle maker and cook according to waffle maker directions.
    Remove, top with fresh raspberries and enjoy!
