Three Ingredient Pancakes
3 Ingredient Vegan & Gluten Free Pancakes - I made small little pancakes and let them sit on a non-stick skillet for 2-minutes each side. Topping ideas: honey, nut butter, maple syrup, jam / jelly, fruit, chia seeds, etc. I decided to rock some elderberry jam on these babies. Elderberry is well known for its healing properties.
