Ingredients:1 cup Ardenne Farm Pancake and Waffle Mix
2/3 cup milk
1 large egg
1 tablespoon water
Mix-ins (berries, bacon, chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc.)
Instructions:1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until blended with no lumps.
3. Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full of batter and add mix-ins.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
