  • Ingredients: Crumble Topping:
    8 Tbsp Earth Balance Soy-Free blend or other dairy-free butter, melted and cooled
    1 cup Namaste Perfect Flour Blend or other gluten-free all purpose flour
    2 cups blueberries, rinsed and patted dry (I used frozen organic blueberries...fresh will work also)

    1/2 cup gluten-free all purpose flour
    1/4 tsp xanthan gum
    1 cup certified gluten-free rolled oats
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/3 cup packed brown sugar
    1/8 tsp salt

    Crust:
    1/2 tsp xanthan gum
    3/4 cup certified gluten free oat flour
    1/8 tsp kosher salt
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup certified gluten free rolled oats
    6 Tbsp dairy-free butter, melted and cooled
    1/3 cup vanilla So Delicious Dairy Free Cultured Coconut Milk yogurt or other dairy-free yogurt
    1 to 2 Tbsp lukewarm water

    Fruit Layer:
    1 Tbsp sugar
    2 Tbsp certified gluten free oat flour
    1/8 tsp salt
