Do not forget about the glutens in your toothpaste. Never assume a product is gluten free. Toothpaste is a necessary oral hygiene product. Sometimes it is difficult to determine if toothpaste products are gluten free. This can lead one to display Celiac, gluten intolerance and other symptoms without knowing the cause. I was introduced to SprinJene Toothpaste at the October GFAF Expo. Much to my surprise, I could not tell that this toothpaste is Gluten free, Halal, Kosher and Vegan from its taste. I found SprinJene to be reasonably priced. It can be purchased from Amazon for $5.95 and it is worth the cost.
