Sometimes a dish just needs a touch of Parmesan. If you can't have dairy, this dairy-free, vegan cheese is a great substitute! Plus, it only takes 5 minutes to make!

  • Ingredients:
    1 1/2 cup raw almonds
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp lemon juice
    1-2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • Instructions:
    In a food processor or small blender, combine almonds, yeast, garlic, salt and pepper. Pulse until almonds are slightly fine. Add in lemon juice and oil. Plus a few times until blended and crumbly.

    Store in a sealed container in fridge for up to two months.
