Cranberry Cherry Sauce Scented with Orange and Cinnamon

It’s color is spectacular and the flavor is a perfect balance of sweet and tart. And it's free of the top 8 allegrens!

  • Ingredients:

    1 bag of cranberries (fresh un-frozen)
    1 cup dehydrated cherries (re-hydrated in warm water by soaking for about an hour)
    2 cups of white sugar
    The orange part of one orange skin
    1 cinnamon stick
    2 Tbls. water
  • Serves: 10
