Want to know why we use Sacha Inchi Seed protein in our sunflower bars? Because of its superior nutrition profile! ? One ounce of the seeds contain 8 grams of protein, which is more than other plant based protein sources! It also is the least processed protein powder - making it easy for your body to digest. It is simply roasted, crushed, and ground..that's it, no enzymes or chemicals are added. Give it a try and let us know what you think. ? #al#allergyfriendlyu#nutfreee#peanutfreer#travelin... Hi, all! I'm Cheryl, and I've been #peanutfree since 2010. Mine is (like ALL my crazy food restrictions) a rather unusual tale - I don't have an IgE-mediated allergy, but all my life I've felt queasy whenever I eat it. Shortly after going #nutfree to help my nursing baby, I started having airborne reactions to certain tree nuts (to which I'm ALSO not "allergic"), so my immunologist advised me that my #mastcellactivationdisorder is apparently "twitchy" enough that she thought I should go #pean... I'll admit that sometimes I miss peanut butter, even though I remember that it always made me feel sick, but I'm very grateful every day that I'm not dealing with an #anaphylacticallergy as so many of our members do - and I make a point of "giving thanks" by raising awareness for those with #peanutallergy everywhere we go!

Thanks for sharing your story---it's great to remember that, even in the allergy community, there's a wide range of reasons people really do have to avoid a food, and the bottom line is the need, not the why.  More ...

Hi everyone! I'm Rebecca, mom of a daughter with a severe #peanutallergy who first experienced anaphylaxis at 14 months old. We've been #peanutfree for over 7 years now.
