    This stream should be hopping. Where are my #celiac mates? I've been searching Freedible between work this week for new ideas and inspiration -- but I also I found Soul-Sprout/2 Moms in the Raw GF cookbook this week during a work meeting at the library.

    One tip I continually use & give to newly diagnosed celiacs is: try it! Gluten free food can be expensive, but I've made crepes and muffins like this recipe by using wilted or close-to-compost produce as a base. Blend up the bruised zucchini, or starting to sog-out-cilantro, and you have a great base for a...well, a crepe.
