A no fail vegan, GF fruit tart you can bring to your 4th of July festivities, even the carnivores will be going back for more.
Ingredients:1 cup oat flour (I made mine by grinding oats in a food processor) 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1 tsp pure vanilla extract or vanilla paste 1/4 tsp pure almond extract 2 tsp maple sugar (If you cannot find maple sure, you can sub for brown sugar)
For the filling: 1 cup of vanilla almond milk ice cream Sliced strawberries, & blueberries
Special ingredients:no dried fruits, no fermented / pickled foods, no meat / poultry, no alcohol
