Homemade Chocolate Pudding Homemade Chocolate Pudding Making it Milk Free
Smooth, creamy and rich chocolate pudding that is gluten-free and vegan. So simple to make with a few ingredients you already have on hand!

  • Ingredients: 1/3 cup granulated sugar
    3 Tbsp cornstarch
    2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 cups almond milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla


  • Instructions: In a medium saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cornstarch, cocoa and salt. Gradually pour milk in while whisking. Once all lumps have dissolved, turn heat on to medium. 

    Stir frequently until the mixture begins to thicken but do not allow it to boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into individual bowls and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
