  • Ingredients:
    1 ripe banana
    Enjoy Life Choc Chips, melted
    Enjoy Life Dark Choc Chips, unmelted
    vanilla yogurt (dairy or dairy-free)


  • Instructions: Directions:


    Peel, cut in half, and chill banana. Melt chips. Dip banana in chocolate so that

    it's covered nearly to the bottom all round. Place on parchment paper

    and allow to harden, about 20-30 minutes 

    (speed the process by placing in freezer).

    Once hardened, coat in yogurt (Whole Soy makes the best
    dairy-free in my experience). Using a spoon or brush to "paint" . . . (continue to Tumbling GF blog for full directions)
