With warmer weather comes delicious frozen treats. This Mint Chip Ice cream requires only 4 simple ingredients and is completely dairy free!

  • Ingredients:
    4 large bananas, frozen
    1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
    1 avocado, peeled
    1/4 cup allergy friendly chocolate chips
  • Instructions:
    In a large blender, combine bananas, mint and avocado. Blend until smooth. Add in chocolate chips and pulse just a few times to stir in. Serve or freeze in a sealed container.
