Baked S'mores

This simple, summer dessert is perfect for those that love s'mores but hate the mess. Just bake and grab a spoon!

  • Ingredients:
    8 gluten free graham crackers, broken into pieces (see my recipe here)
    1 cup marshmallows (about 10 large) (Dandies is a good brand)
    1/2 cup chocolate chips (Enjoy Life chips are our favorite!)
    Coconut oil for greasing baking pan
  • Instructions:
    Grease a pie pan or other baking dish with coconut oil. Place graham pieces in bottom of pan. Top with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Bake at 400F for about 6-8 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown and chips are melted.
    You could also throw this in a foil pack for the grill or campfire if desired!
