No Bake Chocolate Cake No Bake Chocolate Cake Life of a Vegaholic
If you are a chocolate lover, then you came to the right place at the right time! This Valentine's Day themed treat is super easy to make & it takes around 2 or so minutes to make. Do you have 2 minutes? Who doesn't have 2 minutes especially for chocolate, am I right?

  • Ingredients:
    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    4 tbsp. baking cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    4 tbsp. organic powdered sugar
    1/4 tbsp. salt
    1/2 cup & 2 tbsp. dairy-free milk (I used almond milk)
4 tbsp. oil of your choice (I used 100% extra virgin olive oil)

  • Instructions:
Mix all of the dry ingredients together into a medium bowl. Then, add the milk & oil to the dry ingredients and combine until the mixture is clump-free. After that, you are going to pour the mixture into a microwave safe mug. I believe my mug was a 20 oz mug. Make sure you have enough head space for the cake to rise without it pouring over in your mug. Microwave the cake for 70 seconds on high.

*Tip: I know that all microwaves are different, so feel free to adjust cooking times based on your microwave to prevent the cake from overcooking.*
