  • Ingredients:
    4 bananas, peeled and frozen
    1/2 cup coconut water or coconut milk
    1/4 cup cacao powder
    2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • Instructions:
    In a blender, combine ingredients and blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth, scrapping sides if necessary.
