Halloween Cyclops Squash

  • Ingredients:
    1/2 medium organic butternut squash
    2 tsps honey
    2 tbsps orginal Nuttzo Nut and Seed Butter (peanut-free option)
    3-6 Pascha Chocolate chips (Pascha is allergen-free)
    cinnamon (to taste)
    date sugar or cranberries (option)


  • Instructions:
    1) Bake the squash in a glass dish face down at 380 F 40 mins, or until the squash is soft,

    and you can easily insert a knife. Scoop out seeds, and set aside to cool.

    2) Add Nuttzo, chips, cinnamon, and optional cranberries and sugar each

    to small separate serving bowls.

    3)  Place the cooled squash on a large serving dish, and drizzle with honey.
