This simple 5-ingredient caramel recipe is dairy-free and vegan! It is great with fruit, ice cream and other desserts!
Ingredients: 1 can coconut milk, full fat 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 tsp sea salt 1 Tbsp coconut oil 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions: In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, syrup and salt Stir until smooth and simmer over low-medium heat for about 30 minutes. Add in coconut oil and vanilla and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
