Zemas Gluten-Free Grand Marnier Brownies Recipe

Grand Marnier Brownies Grand Marnier Brownies Zemas Madhouse Foods
A special adult dessert that's perfect for a book club, potluck or birthday celebration. We love the infused brownie AND ganache with delicious Grand Marnier. Dark chocolate decadence, moist, fudgy texture and bonus amounts of protein, fiber and micro nutrients.

  • Ingredients:     

    1 package Zemas Gluten-Free Black Bean Brownie mix
    5 oz. water
    5 oz. Grand Marnier
    1 c. black beans, rinsed and drained
    2 t. orange extract
    1 t. pure vanilla extract

    Dark Chocolate Ganache:
    10 oz. dark chocolate chips
    ¼ c. coconut milk (can)
    2 T. Grand Marnier
    2 t. orange extract
    ½ t. pure vanilla extract
  • Instructions:    

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Spray a mini-muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
    Pour Zemas mix into a bowl and set aside.
    In a blender, puree black beans, water, Grand Marnier and the orange extract.
    Pour the wet mixture into the dry mix and whisk until well blended.
    Pour mixture into mini muffin pan, filling each cup ¾ full.
    Bake for 12 minutes.
    Once cooled, top with ganache.

    Heat chocolate chips and coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until melted.
    Remove from heat and stir in the Grand Marnier and orange extract.
    Set aside and let cool.
    When cooled, place ganache in a bowl.
    Take each brownie, turn upside down and dip top-down into the ganache.
    Place on baking sheet.
