Crush the cookies in a food processor until they are fine crumbs.
Pour them into the prepared pan.
Pour the melted coconut oil over them.
Using your fingertips, mix the oil into the crumbs until evenly distributed.
Pat the crumbs evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake crust for 3-5 minutes.
Take out and let cool while you make the filling.
In a bowl, combine the condensed milk, egg, chocolate chips, pecans, and coconut-mix well.
Pour into prepared crust and bake for 25 minutes.
Let cool before cutting.
