Paleo Pumpkin Dip

This creamy, rich and festive dip goes perfect with fresh fruit slices or some of your favorite allergy-friendly cookies.

  • Ingredients: 2 cans full-fat coconut milk, chilled
    1/2 cup pumpkin puree
    4 oz dairy-free cream cheese
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    Apples, Bananas, Cookies, etc for serving
  • Instructions: Open cans of chilled coconut milk and scoop out thick cream to use in dip. Reserve liquid for other recipes (sauces, smoothies, etc).

    In a blender, combine thick coconut cream, pumpkin, cream cheese, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice. Blend until smooth.

    If desired, cut top off of pie pumpkin and scoop out seeds. Pour dip into pumpkin shell and let chill for about 4 hours or overnight.

    Serve with fruits or cookies.
