Use this very easy pie crust with any of our recipes or your own family favorite. It's filled with our ancient whole grains making it a better for you option.
Ingredients:1 box any flavor of Zemas Cookies:
Mini Sweet Potato Spice Cookies,
Mini Double Chocolate Cookies,
Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies,
Mini Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies
4-5 T. melted butter(dairy or dairy-free) or coconut oil
Instructions:In a food processor, finely crush all of the cookies.
Place cookie crumbs in the pie dish.
Pour melted butter or coconut oil over crumbs.
Use fingertips to blend the crumbs and form the pie crust.
For a pie needing baking:
Bake 3-5 minutes and take out to cool.
Place pie filling in the crust an drake for 25 minutes.
For a pie with no-bake filling:
Bake pie crust for 25 minutes and cool before filling.
