  • Ingredients: 1 Cup Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour
    ½ Cup Millet Flour
    ½ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    ½ Cup Granular Erythritol
    1 TB Psyllium Husk Powder
    1 Tsp Baking Powder
    1 Tsp Pure Peppermint Extract
    ½ Tsp Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
    ½ Cup + 2 TB Unsweetened Applesauce
    2 TB Chocolate MELT (heated in microwave for 30 seconds to liquify)
    2 TB Unsweetened Non-Dairy Milk

    Outer Coating:
    3 Peppermint Candy Canes (crushed)
    ½ Cup Powdered Erythritol
