1 box Ardenne Farm Lemon Poppy Seed Cookie Mix
1/3 cup of oil
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup of milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions:1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Combine muffin mix, oil, eggs, and milk to a large bowl. Using a large spoon, combine just until incorporated.
3. Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake for 11 to 14 minutes, or until light, golden brown. Cool for 1 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack and cool completely (about 20 minutes).
5. While cooling, whisk together powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a small bowl. Drizzle over cookies and enjoy immediately.
