Gluten Free Brookies

Can't decide between a chocolate chip cookie or a brownie? Now you don't have to!

  • Ingredients: 1 box Ardenne Farm Fudge Brownie Mix
    1/2 cup oil
    2 large eggs
    1/3 cup of water
    1 box Ardenne Farm Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
    6 Tablespoons of butter, softened
    1 large egg
  • Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9" x 9" glass pan with a nonstick spray.
    2. Combine the brownie mix, oil, 2 eggs, and water with an electric mixer.
    3. Pour batter into prepared pan.
    4. In a different bowl, cream the 6 Tablespoons of water with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
    5. Add cookie mix and remaining egg to bowl and blend until combined.
    6. With a spoon, scatter pieces of cookie dough over the brownie batter. Press gently onto the dough until it starts to sink into the brownie batter.
    7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, partially covering with foil to keep cookies from browning too much. Let cool 15-20 minutes before cutting.
