An American classic with a twist, this Boston Cream Pie Parfait is just as creamy, light, and chocolatey as the original, but in gluten-free, cuter portions.

  • Ingredients: 1 package Ardenne Farm Yellow Cake Mix
    1 stick of butter, softened
    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup of water
    1 package egg custard, or vanilla pudding mix & what it calls for
    1 package chocolate frosting (preferably whipped)
    12-20 small cups (depending on size)
  • Instructions: 1. Prepare Yellow Cake according to package directions. Let cool.

    2. Once cake has cooled, cut into small squares.

    3. Prepare the custard or pudding according to package directions and let chill.

    4. Layer the prepared ingredients in the following order: chocolate frosting, yellow cake mix, and egg custard/pudding. Repeat twice. Top with a dollop of frosting. Chill until ready to serve.
