This twist on a Southern staple is easy to make and easy to please.
Ingredients:1 box Ardenne Farm Sugar Cookie Mix
1 stick of butter, softened
1 large egg
2 Tablespoons of water
1 package whipped topping
1 package vanilla or banana pudding & what the package calls for
1 bunch of bananas, cut into chunks
10-25 small cups (depending on size)
Instructions:1. Prepare sugar cookies according to package directions. Let cool.
2. Prepare pudding according to package directions. Fold in whipped topping and let chill.
3. Crumble the sugar cookies in a medium bowl.
4. Layer the prepared ingredients in the following order: pudding mixture, bananas, pudding mixture, cookie crumbles, pudding mixture then top with a few cookie crumbles. Chill and serve.
Serves:10-25, depending on cup size
