Gingerbread Loaf:
1 Cup Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Teff Flour
â…“ Cup Erythritol
1 TB Psyllium Husk Powder
2 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Tsp Ground Ginger
2 Tsp Cinnamon
½ Tsp Ground Cloves
½ Tsp Ground Nutmeg
½ Cup + 1 TB Unsweetened Non-Dairy Milk
½ Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
¼ Cup Molasses
½ Tsp Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
Molasses Cream Cheese Frosting:
½ Cup Plain Vegan Cream Cheese
3 TB Molasses
2 TB Powdered Erythritol
¼ Tsp Ground Ginger
¼ Tsp Cinnamon
