1/2 whole wheat pizza crust, raw
1 1/2 oz goat cheese, crumbled
5, 1/4" slices of Anjou pears
3 small fresh lavender leaves, minced
Approximately 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Handful of Enjoy Life mini dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Roll dough out to 1/4" thick round.
Sprinkle goat cheese evenly on pizza dough.
Arrange pear slices on top and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over pears and top with minced lavender leaves.
Bake for 8 minutes.
