Gluten free, Corn Free Blondies

These delicious dessert bars have the texture of a fudge brownie and the flavor of a chocolate chip cookie. Simply Divine!

  • Ingredients: Ingredients:

    1/2 cup of melted butter

    1 cup lightly packed Dark Brown Sugar (be sure its corn free)

    2 Egg lightly beaten

    1 cup of Brown Rice Flour

    1/4 tsp. Cream of Tartar

    1 tsp. Baking Soda

    1/2 tsp. Salt (non-iodized)

    2 tsp. Vanilla (check for corn free)

    2/3 cups of Chocolate Chips
  • Instructions: Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Cream sugar and butter together. Add in the eggs, vaniilla, baking soda and salt. Then add in the flours. Stir until all the way combined. Pour in chocolate chips and fold them into the dough. Bake for about 25-35 mins in a 9x11 casserole or baking dish. 

    Remove from oven and place directly in freezer to cool. It keeps the texture just right.
