1 box of Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix (we went with Betty Crocker)
Whatever ingredients the Cake Mix calls for (in our case 3 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 stick of butter, and 2/3 cup of water)
Yellow and Orange food coloring (you can mix red and yellow for the orange if you can’t find orange)
Gluten Free Vanilla Icing
1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar (optional—for thickening the icing)
